15th Ave. NE Street Closure Near W-26 Garage
15th AVE NE will continue to be closed next week in order to complete some work along the east side of the building requiring the use of the crane and therefore blocking the street. The road will be opened for the football game traffic this weekend and closed again Monday the 15th until the end of the week. As soon as the work is completed the road will be reopened for traffic. There will be additional closures but those should only be for a day or two and notification will be provided ahead of time.For the duration of the project the western sidewalk of 15th will be closed from the crosswalk midway between Pacific and Boat St north to Pacific street as well as the merge lane on 15th heading south after you cross Pacific. See attached plan that was submitted to the city. Project completion is still on schedule for February 2009.
