Lists are formatted in two different ways:

<li>Ordered Lists
<li>Unordered (Bulleted) Lists
</ol>

<br>Ordered lists begin with an <pre>"<ol>"</pre> tag. Or "Oredered List" tag.
<br>Bulleted Lists begin with a <pre>"<ul>"</pre> tag. Or "Unordered List" tag.
<br>Each item is then deliniated by a <pre>"<li>"</pre>. Or "List Item" tag.

To recreate the list from above the code would look like this:
