General Analysis - we need:
- Your name, PI, Budget #, and phone #.
- The dyes/colors and type of cells (mammalian, yeast, bacteria) you will be running. IMPORTANT - HUMAN CELLS AND CELL LINES MUST BE FIXED -
- Number of samples
- If you don't know how much time you will need, please talk to us and we can help calculate.
For a Sort:
- IMPORTANT - HUMAN CELLS MUST BE FIXED -
- We will schedule 45 minutes before your experiment time for sorting set-up.
- If you don't know how much time you will need, please talk to us and we can help calculate. The time you need depends on how many samples, the percentage of "positive" cells you have, and how many cells you want to recover.
Sterile Sorting:
- IMPORTANT - HUMAN CELLS MUST BE FIXED -
- We will schedule 90 minutes before your experiment time for sterilization and sorting set-up.
- If you don't know how much time you will need, please talk to us and we can help calculate. The time you need depends on how many samples, the percentage of "positive" cells you have, and how many cells you want to recover.
Note to sorting customers: Please arrive with your samples at the time indicated on the sign-up sheet next to your name. We will have crossed out time beforehand for instrument setup and sterilization.
Same day appointments are strongly discouraged. If, however, you did not plan ahead and desperately need to have your data analyzed (sorting rarely available on this option), we may be able to run your samples after-hours. You will be charged overtime (1.5 times the regular rate).
